In Create mode, in Pause, use large-scale objects in all three layers to create pieces of your "picture". Zoom out, change the background color, remove fog, etc. for a clean look. Think of it like making a collage using cutouts of construction paper. Then press Start, check the box that says Front View, and take a picture! This creates a high quality image that's better than anything the Playstation Eye can capture, and you'll also have your logo/image in object form which you can save and edit later.

create a picture using items, stickers, or decorations. As arb said, check the box that says "front view". open you're popit, go to you're stickers and decorations section next. use the "camera" tool to take the picture.
