Funoranium (lbp.me/v/413vw4)

Well, it's been a while since I put up a level, so I've decided to try a change of pace.

Instead of something artistic, I decided to make a simpler level for anyone who likes
action and platforming (notably, everyone on LBPC). Like Sanctuarium, feedback is recommended!
I hope you had fun playing as I had fun making it (though admittedly, it felt a bit rushed at the end)!

This will be my last* level made on LBP1! Finally!

And now out, a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOCWqXsDShk) of the level from koltonaugust!

Jack The Wall. Very simple-minded. "Created" Funoranium with his brain.

The "bonus" part of the level.

Hello OcamposMoon

Will add your level to my queue. From your images you have posted above I see you have you have used a vibrant colours within you level design, which I think adds a “funky” element to your level. Once I have played your level I will provide both comments and feedback.

If you have the time to check out my 1st published level. Both comments and feedback are welcome!

It was a fun level to play; did not have the opportunity to try the multiplayer parts. Simple but clean visuals; I liked the use of black and white at the beginning and end to contrast the colors during gameplay. Nice variety of puzzles. Some of the bouncy pads didn't seem to want to work all the time.

Please try my level Crisis at the Orbitron Space Station. It's posted in the showcase as F4F.

Thanks for the feedback, Brannayen.

I'm glad you liked the level. As for the bouncy pads, they really are irrational
since it's pretty much my first time putting them in a level and I haven't really experimented with them much anyway.

I'll try working on that part and for your level, I'll queue that soon.

Hello OcamposMoon

Just played your level and I must say I like it. You have shown your creativity through the contraptions you have incorporated within you level along with use of vibrant colours you have used in your colour scheme. I did not get a chance to play the multiplayer components of you level so i cannot comment much on that. Lastly I enjoy the variety of puzzle components that you have included but I feel a "challenging" element can be included in maybe one or two of these. Overall I think it's a good level and look forward to playing your future projects.

P.S - I appreciate your feedback and opinions towards my published level and will try to take these into consideration when making improvements.

Great level! Very colorful and many small puzzles which I like. Just couldn't try the x2 and x4 parts since I was playing it alone.

I also had some trouble with some of the bouncy pads though. Some of them worked every time, others took 5 tries or so before they pushed me up. Another small thing was with the enhancement removers where you use the jetpack. You can fly through the middle and still keep the jetpack but it doesn't really matter that much since there are walls on both sides anyway. It's just that you have to fly back or manually remove the jetpack while you intended it to be removed automatically.

For the rest it's all good, really enjoyed playing it.

Hey, xxMATEOSxx here. I tried your on level single player. I like the colorful clean look you worked with as well as making your simple character more vibrant by moving parts of his face. Like those who have played before me, the main problem I had involves the bounce pads. Do you have the sensors attached to the part that moves or to the base. That might be the source of the problem. Additionally, a minor, well not problem but something, is not moving the camera to see the effect of completing a sequence. You do this at some parts but not others so I didn't know if that's how it is supposed to be. THis is not a problem at all because even though you can't see what happened, it is very easy to find out when moving on. Other than that I'd say this is a solid level. Not much needs to be done. Excellent work.2011-08-14 04:01:00

I played your level and here is my opinion, very attractive design and color selection at your level, is entertaining and fun, it's a good level of LBP1 has good obstacles, diversity of actions is a good game-play. You did a great platform in addition to a long level that is rarely seen in LBP.

For me you have a BIG YAAAAY!!! and thanks for was play my level

Just played your level. The visual design nothing particularly new, but you added some unique elements which makes it stand out in comparison to what's out there with a similar design. The gameplay was fun, maybe a few glitches here and there. But definitely fun. Gave it a ''YAY!'' 2011-08-14 14:52:00
