Hey everyone, just want you all to know that I'm still creating stuff. I thought I might as well show you a couple previews for my upcoming level entitled 'Green & Yellow.' http://i53.tinypic.com/2ykkksn.jpg http://i53.tinypic.com/zxsf3m.jpg This level takes place before 'A Bubbly Garden' in the timeline of my levels [a work in progress]. I'm trying my best to come up with original platforming ideas executed in unique ways. Also, this level will be very difficult Is anyone else creating anything?

Cyber and silver beat me to it... I'm working on a top down racing Survival that takes place in the outback. You are in the speeding dune buggy (powed by jetpack and gyroscope), and its one of those infinite scrolling levels. Yeah, I've got my work cut out, eh? I've got the art and dune buggy and controls done, but I've got serious issues with the infinite level part of it. Theres a good chance this wont be coming out on psp. If I dont get it working I'll go the REALLY Easy way and go LBP2.

Unless you're trying to create a survival level with a repetitive background, I'd recommend not using the infinite scrolling technique. This is because, well, the level would get extremely boring seeing the same background and it would be nearly impossible to create without a standard grid mode to emit the backgrounds on. If anything, you should make it an actual level where it can be finished and have a gas layer be pushed up from under the player at a steady pace. This would be perfect in my opinion because you could also make it challenging by having bubble combos in wider sections of the track that could force you to get killed by the gas if you don't have enough time. Anyways, those are my ideas on how to build your level, now go create.

I'm growing busier and busier with summer homework, ACT prep, and fall sports so I decided I'd spend tonight and tomorrow working on Part II of WWIII. I'm just curious, would you guys like to see a level focused on RPG elements, a bulk of gameplay, or a balance of both? In case you're wondering, most of your questions about the story will be answered in the sequel so that shouldn't be an issue.
