Has anyone noticed LBP's load screens have been annoyingly longer in the past hour? Connecting to LBP Online has been super slow and taking out items in popit or changing costumes has been near impossible lately. That Earth at the bottom left that represents loading is always there now. Has anyone had this problem recently?

I just came back from a two week trip and so far I've not been able to load a single level. Nor the planet that its on.

Yeah, Ive just been trying to queue some spotlight levels, but I cant because LBP.me is down. Hope its fixed soon, this is no better than when PSN is down.

This is happening to me as well I thought my PS3 was screwed up cause I tried to upload a pic and kept clicking the button to upload. I thought the earth spinning was my pic getting uploaded. Everything is all slow and stuff and I can't play levels. LBP also disconnected me. " I just went on the LBP site and it says the PS3 servers are OFFLINE huh....must be for the upcoming Toy Story Costume Pack 2.... It was nearly impossible to play anything

Yes there is. I was playing a while ago and the server started getting laggy and load screens have gotten irratabley longer. I can't load levels or pull objects from my popit either too....and then it said there was an error and and my game crashed I think theyre uploading the Toy Story Pack 2...but I dunno.

I'm finding it tough to load anything too :/ Objects, music, levels, hell even text wont get out to others when I press Enter, unless I use the popit text chat...

LBP server is back up. ...and now it's down again. Seems really flaky at the moment - might be worth doing something else for the next 24 hours.

oh thank god im not alone, its been really annoying to create stuff, i mean i wrote a long passage for my level and and it took awhile for it to load,AND GUESS WHAT, THE GAME DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO PUT IT ON THE NOTE

Whelp...creating is a futile effort at this point. Gonna pop in another game and wait til' later this evening and probably post some results if LBP is back up on it's feet...again. You think the cause was the silly crown glitch people are excited about? I'm certain it is, and boy am I sick of these glitch finders...

Dont get too excited... I was just on, and it is just as bad as it was before. I cant even load a single costume item. I hope this gets dealed with soon. Things like this will turn alot of people away very fast.

Perhaps this is related to publishing more than 20 LBP2 levels. They did just say they were looking at it.

Hmm i was going to post a thread about this but you beat me to the punch! (8 hours ago..) What I did was turn off my ps3 twice then play, but other than that. What i noticed it starts acting up whenever you are with someone online. Hopefully this doesn't last long.

"might be worth doing something else for the next 24 hours." That's exactly what I did. Just beat red dead redemption and wow. That is rockstars best game to date. Also I was trying to move published levels on my planet and it took forever, and my ps3 froze! Is the game back to normal now? lol didn't see that second page. But it sounds like the game is still messed up. Wish we knew what was going on instead of being surprised like this.

last night it was very on or off for me. One moment I'm online then I'm offline. All I can do is load my own levels on my moon. Quit, loaded up the game again, then it came back online a friend joined then it said on his screen that I was not online? So I quit the game and started it again and I was online. I'll try again later today, hopefully it's fixed. UPDATE: I'm online, managed to load up a level, seems all ok so far.
