Climbing Sackbot?

| Hey all, flyinhawaiian here. Does anyone know how to go about making a sackbot that can climb? By climb, I mean, like Cole in inFAMOUS, how he can grab onto small parts of buildings, and then jump up to a higher part? Any ideas are greatly welcomed.
