Mega Man DLC

I'd like to dicuss DLC ideas in greater depth, so I've made what is the first of hopefully many topics dedicated to dicussing specific DLC ideas. Subjects to discuss include costume selection, materials, music, and levels. If anyone has ideas for new tools, those are also welcome. And before anyone bothers shooting this down, remember that the topic is for members who do want Mega Man DLC, so don't waste your time posting if you don't even like the idea in the first place. We don't care whether this would be unlikely, Capcom's recent handling of the series makes it unlikely anyway. But it is a possibility should Capcom decide they want to make money again, so we'll discuss it just because we like the idea if nothing else. Now on to the good stuff:

Costumes: Assuming they'll stick with four to six costumes like usual, they'll want to make sure to get the essentials. Mega Man himself is obviously the must-have, but what other characters would be prime for costumization? Proto Man and Bass are recurring playable characters, so they're a safe bet. Dr. Wily as the main villain is also high priority. But if they were to consider a larger pack, and they should considering the series in question, I'd say Dr. Light and Roll should be chosen for their importance to the story if nothing else.

Other characters that could be considered include Duo for his memorable roles in MM8 and Power Fighters and Dr. Cossack for his major role in MM4. There's also a sackload of Robot Masters representing sixteen games that could easily produce several costume packs, but should they? On the one hand, they are a major part of the Mega Man series, but on the other, that's a lot of content to download. Would a compromise be acceptable? Perhaps they simply choose the most famous and notable or just plain interesting Robot Masters and compile them together into mercifully fewer packs. Maybe one or two masters a game?

Also, the obligatory Level Kit costume. Since these have a tradition of being minor or secondary characters, I say Sniper Joe. He's a recurring enemy and humanoid enough to work as a costume. There's also Rock, the original identity of Mega Man, but that would seem a bit cheap. Mets are the true most notable enemy, but a Met costume would be strange.

Music: Since the costume pack wouldn't likely include any standard Robot Masters, the music selection likewise would do better to match the characters actually available. You have the respective motifs for Mega, Proto, and Bass, and that ever-popular Wily Stage 1 from MM2. But what about boss music? And for that matter, cinematic music? Also, you've gotta have at least one interactive track.

I honestly don't have much to offer regarding Materials, but obviously there should be some metals in there. Maybe glass too. The background would probably be Light's lab or a Wily castle.
