I was playing LBP2 with my friends in my pod, and I tried putting a picture of my cat down, but it said that it's moderated and can't be placed in an online level, yet I was in my pod. I have 3 pictures of my cat, and they're all moderated, would anyone know why they're moderated?

Was your cat flipping the bird or tossing up a gang sign? *wink* Or maybe your cat has been swearing at kids. Seriously though that is a bummer. If Sony or Mm auto-moderate stuff like that it really defeats the purpose of the PS Eye. What IS allowed, for pictures? Apparently nothing.

I had a picture of him drinking tomato sauce, a picture of his face, and a picture of his face when he was sleeping, and they ALL got moderated.

All I can think is that PS Eye photos are tagged on upload for "review" by staff, and cannot be shared online until approved, which if it's like any moderation process could be between 24-72 hours or longer if whoever is responsible for that task is feeling lazy about it. There could also be an algorithm/face recognition thingie that doesn't see a human face in your images and moderated them in case it wasn't a cat (could be rude stuff). I guess you'll have to wait, and if in another day or two the photos are still not approved to share online, you could contact customer service (written inside your LBP2 game case). Hopefully it's just a waiting game and not the result of someone Good Griefing your cat photos, that's a pretty lousy thing for a person to do...
