As of late I have been seeing a lot of spam posts here.Ive seen people putting links to dating websites and 'cheap alternatives' to supermarkets. Also these 'users' are not even participating in forum or blog activity. They just join up and spam. I report it but I see it getting more and more frequent. Has it always been like this?

It hasn't always been like this, no. LBPC has just become a huge site now and with that brings more and more spam bots. The only thing you can do is report the spam bots and ignore them.

The posts your referring to are 99% of the time spambots just posting randomly on the site, not really users.
