Hahaha, Iv just been looking at disgeae 4, can say it's going to be one of my fav of the seris so far, I wasn't so inpressed with 3, but 4, thats anthother 495.37mins of my life again if not more, But what makes me really intersted in this game are the HD sprites, so the graphics are greatly inproved,also: Fusion, You can fuse 2 monster together to form a mega monster, you can fuse 1 human and 1 monster to give the human a monster weapon you can fuse 1 mega monster and 1 human to give the human a mega monster weapon you can fuse 2 mega monster and 1 human to give the human 2 mega monster weapon you can level up over 9000, deal 1billion damage build a level hub or somthing like that, And politcis are involed some how. Also you can capturer enimes and touture them into becomign your allie, the online features is what im looking forward to, You can build your own maps and let other people play them, You can build your own base, you can build your own pirate ship and raid other peoples maps amoungst many many other things to as well. I'm still playing all three previous titles simultaneously. Disgaea 1 on the DS, Disgaea 2 on the PSP and Disgaea 3 on the PS3; And I've barely scratched the surface of any of them. Still got a million game play hours left in each of them. I think the most I've levelled up any of my characters from any of the games was to about LVL102. Though it won't stop me buying the 4th one either. There's something so addictive about them. And the story lines are always hilarious. They are without doubt the mother of all tactical strategy RPG's! Is there an official UK release date set yet?

Finally they announce it, its been out in Japan for a few months now! xD Been waiting for it for about a year + now, man, I got about 400hrs into D3 now, with all the extra stuff, D4's got to take at LEAST that much. Glad to see the Dark Hero makes its return as well, was my main on D3. xD Also, from what I've seen in the Japanese store, they're continuing the tradition of bringing back previous Disgaea Main chars as DLC, along with some other new characters. The only thing I don't really like is it releasing in September!!!! Why does everyone wanna release teh cool games at the same time! DX (Seriously, it'll benefit everyone if they released at separate times. ) Games in the next 4 months or so of my interest; Bleach: Soul Ignition/ Resurrection, White Knight Chronicles 2, Dead Island, Disgaea 4, Ico/ SotC HD collection, Dark Souls, Ace Combat: Assault on the Horizon, Uncharted 3, Assassins Creed. Come on, I can't even get one per month, much less 9 in 2! O_o

I've already read a lot of the story. and i've seen every bit of info releashed for almost a year now.. But got to say I'm not liking the story or main character this time. I like the character Desco though. I'm just getting bored the stories are all story types i've seen 100000 times just with more comedy added then normal. But As Disgaea is pretty much they only Crazy comedy RPGs made... there's nothing better to like for me :/ and once you beat all the side missions and story. there's nothing interesting left to do IMO. It's easy to level to 9999 if you know what your doing like i do. and I'm not a fan of over the top grinding. So yes it's a good game. but I think it could be better in some ways. *mew

So I pretty much know how to power level without even trying... and when you know how to... you feel little dumb if you don't when you know how to. once you know how to, you can level a character to 9999 with less then 50 hours on the game. and once you get your first level 9999 character on the game... you can get the rest of them up to that under a day a piece :S yeah I say you'll most likely enjoy the game better if you don't read every bit of info you can find, like i do... *mew

Sad news fellow sackpeeps, I read on the NIS forums and people are saying they have made changed to the map editor, like you can't name your map or the characters you place in it. -_- let down for me.

In short; it's the most Epic Turn Based Strategy Puzzle Role Playing Game of all time. You create your own army of minions; and aswell as the hilarious story mode, every item you collect, from a Health Potion to a Demon Sword, can be used to randomly generate level stages. These "Item World" levels are jam packed with crazy randomness (Alien Pirates anyone!). The best thing about the game is the turn based strategy system they've got - you can get your allies to team up on a single enemy, do combo's, fuse together to become stronger, fuse enemies together to make them stronger, throw things around the map, or create a 'tower' of allies stacked on top of each other. And that's onl;y scratching the surface. In short - one of the best games EVAR!

This is quite the addiction. First Disgaea game, and I've been leveling up items like boss. My Valvatorez is level 672... Somewhere down the line, I'll probably give the previous titles a look as well, since I have a PSP. These games shall consume many, many hours of my life...

Ah, I go in there from time to time but I like to run amuck in the item world, going into mystery gates, and killing up whatever's in there unless it's detrimental to the item of course.
