The Twilight Zone

NzlG28B-R8Y Yes, it is finally time. I have been wanting to make this thread for some time now, as the Twilight Zone is my favorite series of anything ever. I used to watch the New Years marathons, watching episode after episode four hours straight when I was little. Yes, I definitely think it has affected my mind, but for the better IMO. If you have never watched this show, you are in for a treat. You are now entering The Twilight Zone (http://www.youtube.com/user/FatherMcKenize). -- Let us begin with one of my personal favorites, People Are Alike All Over. "On a mission to Mars, an astronaut finds out that people are alike all over. " jRWJFvX03vg erNR4SFAzlw iwWIaE_N5Qc | 2008-12-18 00:51:00 Author: Unknown User |
I've only ever saw the one with the woman needing face surgery, which was excellent. I want to see more, but I never got around to it... I read some plot stories on wikipeida, though. not the same, but... Some were just stupid in ways, but many were very intriguing- like that one where 4 bank robbers freeze themselves for a 100 years to escape the law, and drag their gold across the huge desert to spend it, and eventually they all die- the last man, the leader who invented that machine that froze them, give the gold to a couple in return for water, then dies- only for the couple to say that gold can now be manufactured and thus was useless. Or the one where three astroanuts crashland on a comet, and one man kills the other to keep their water, and then crawls through the desert- only to find powerlines. they didn't crash on a comet, it was the Nevada Desert. Yeah... very interesting stuff there. Would love to see more. | 2008-12-18 01:08:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
My favorite of all time has to be "Nightmare at 20000 Feet" with William Shatner. I saw that one time and time again and it just had that "it" factor that made it one of their great episodes. | 2008-12-18 16:38:00 Author: DaSaintFan Posts: 136 |
