[EASIER] unless your planing on deleting it from your profile there is no reason to use another image host, lbp.me is already hosting the image. just copy the image address and click the little picture frame above where you type on these forums then just paste the image address

The best way is to simply use the LBP.ME image location, like evret said. Also, if the image you want to use is not one of your uploaded pics (eg: a level badge), you should be able to right click it and copy image location from there. Since it is already hosted on the internet, there is no need to use an alternate source for the image. If you 'really' want to get complex with photos from LPB, Aya042 has a guide on how to edit the URL to find the best pic possible. Could someone please help me find that link, it is rather useful.

Yes you can just use the link/code to embed your images with an <img> tag, into your post instead, at different sizes. Personally I use Flickr for all my picture needs (http://www.flickr.com/photos/littlebigdes/). But this comes in handy for putting in your level badge too.
