LittleBigPlanet 2 Top down shooter

Ok, I'm making a top down Twin Stick Shooter that the Players will vs each other with a character that will be equipped with an M16 or AK-47. Depending on the players choice. Well theoretically one of the clips will hold 25 rounds (I think that's how you use theoretically please correct me if I'm wrong). Now i can't make an emitter to emit only 25 so i have to make it where it can tell if you've fired all of the shots. What can i do for that? My only idea is to make a timer and i have but is that reliable? Is that what everyone else does? What is the best solution to use for this? | 2011-07-30 07:49:00 Author: Unknown User |
Use a counter with a max of 25. When it's full, the player cannot fire anymore until he reloads. When he reloads, reset the timer. | 2011-07-30 12:03:00 Author: Brannayen Posts: 438 |
