Confirmed! Looks like someone's being naughty. Someone who is worried about fags changing his deface.

"Why do fags want to fix their website after I destroy their website and call them fags!?"

Hacker kids. They want credit and recognition and anonymity all in one, and do the pettiest things to the least deserving people. Sheesh.

Lol, no life. What's the point of hacking it anyway? The hacker just want to feel powerful or something?
Anyway atleast our friends from lbl can come here with us until it get fixed.

This is very bad. Do you think LBL will get back up and running again? Or will the community and website be destroyed? I hope it's the former. That guy is a sad no-life who's upset because he could never get himself involved in such a friendly community and thinks that others should feel his pain.2011-07-29 09:44:00

Let's hope he doesn't go on some kind of LBP fansite hacking rampage and get us as well.2011-07-29 10:14:00

Pah, well, looks like i'm stuck on LBPC for a while until everything is back and running.

Also, he must have a problem with Bludhound, as he's a user there, and he just gave away his password. The guy needs to go get a life and find something better to do then hack a forum. >.<

... he must have a problem with Bludhound...

Oh, I thought that he WAS Bludhound, or used the Bludhound account as an alias/proxy for the hack. It's kind of like the reveal in a bad thriller. The bad guy turns out to be... dun dun DUNNNNN!... this other character all along.

Hackers like this are all about making sure people know who it is that's screwing them over. If he was proving he hacked the site he would post more data, I think. This is like a calling card. It's also why he censored it. He's in control of that account and used it to nuke the forum, and doesn't want anyone logging in with the details to fix it.

That makes sense, but i'm just going to go with what is there, because like you said, people like to let them know when they've been a bellend and hacked something.2011-07-29 11:49:00

I joined this forum once I saw that message. It's a real bummer, but hopefully the admins have contacted some of their own tech people and hackers to bring it back to life. Yes, some hackers are good and are paid to fix the problems other hackers (and virus spreaders) caused. This person was not one of those people.2011-07-29 12:04:00

I can't make it to my favorite site.

How am I supposed to review bro? How?

But seriously, I'm sending tin a message about this on PSN right away in case he hasn't seen it.

As for the hacker there was a very mouthy little child that got banned (Not saying who) saying LBL 'destroyed his life'.

Hi there

As many of you probably know LBL got hacked and the forum is down, as i know that there are many LBL members on LBPC so i want to give you guys a little warning.

It can be that there is a exploit in the VB software, for security reasons i want you all to change your password everywhere you used the same password as on LBL. (there are reasons to believe they got acces to our passwords)

I am very sorry that this happend and we will do everything to make the site secure again but in the meantime it's probably better to not visit LBL. I will post here again when we got everything under control again.

Thanks, is there any more information about what is happening once it's back up? Will our usernames be restored etc?2011-07-29 12:42:00

Gotta feel sorry for these hackers like Mr.DarkKV.

Life can't be easy when you're a prepubescent nerd with no friends and an eneuresis problem.

Blud updated on LBN saying that it was the admins that were targeted, so while you should change your password just in case there's no sign that members were targeted.2011-07-29 14:59:00

No sign doesn't mean that it couldn't happen....... I feel bad for all you people over at LBL I can try to counter-hack this kid... I'll look into it to see what help I could be.

Guys one thing, since you jump imidielty one one single conclusion, password hash didn't need to be taken from PSN, hacks like that happened before, sites got holes and usally hackers are one step ahead find them. Look like this hacker do this for sport and do frontal change showing security error and not do much damage, means that this was not random hacker (if it was he would done some random stuff).

2nd of all, hacker didn't made huga damage (since it was what call sport hacker) and i bet that LBL got backup and can easily restore the site

So guys please don't think that password change from PSN password will make your site fully secure, there ton of other ways that hacker can get in.

Ofcorse as user of site that hacker had access to database is better to change password for your own security

You can't, or rather shouldn't fight fire with fire. Sure, he's a knob, but you're doing the same thing he did.

Not that i would care if i happened to know his address so i could order him a friendly pizza, or seven.

SOME hackers. By calling hakers in a whole sad people, that means the site admins, and a lot of other people (!) are sad fellas, when they are not. Hackers are USUALLY devs that play around with software. Its when a hacker starts playing with software that is not theirs, where there is a problem.

Just a quick heads up

The forum is completely offline now and we probably are back in a couple of days, we think only the info from the admins is hacked and the members info is safe but we still want everybody to change their passwords to be on the safe side. The blog is working as normal so you can visit LBL for all the latest LBP news.

Thanks for all the positive reactions, see you all back soon on LBL and of course on LBPC

And as pointed out before by others, don't try to contact this muppet. They do this to get attention and feel important so we just ignore them and we certainly don't want to give him any leads to other LBP fansites like LBPC and LBN

I wouldn't even TRY to go on the site, most of the time when a bad hacker hacks a site he leaves a little present when hes done.

Not a good present, it's a nasty virus infested present full of Trojans and cookies.

I can understand the "don't fight fire with fire" response to those wo suggest counter-hacking this kid, but I hope that the site administrators have reported this for police investigation, because what he did is highly illegal after all.2011-07-31 14:02:00

Face it. LBL is probably dead. This no life saddo banned the admins and there are no tech people. They used the same package as the one on LBPC.

LBPC is coming next...

Time to blast this *******!

The admins brought the LBL forum back online yesterday. Read the announcement thread over there (http://www.littlebigland.com/forum/showthread.php/15342-We-re-back!) if you want to know more.2011-08-03 09:40:00
