MAG/PS Store DLC Error

| I have my PSN set up to send me an e-mail every time I make a purchase, a digital receipt I get in my inbox that tells me what I bought and how much I paid... For the past few months, I have continually received an email every few months or so that I'm buying "Character Slot B" for the game MAG for 0.99 cents; and this is perpetually draining money, but slowly, over the months. The only time this content was ever purchased on my PS3 was on an alternate account on my old PS3, since then, that PS3 was replaced by the new slim version I got, and I only transferred my main account that I did not use to buy the character slot content with. I no longer own the game either. Does anyone know what this is, and if not where I can contact Sony (via e-mail) about this? Also, I should note that this started happening long before the PSN outage and I have changed my password many times since this started happening.
