How to fix infinite jump using the wall or any other contact (sackbot) [SIMPLE]
Archive: 8 posts
The impact sensor is usually used for all custome jump and/or double jump for sackbot. But the sackbot can use the wall impact or any other impact to infinite or simply do a extra jump. This is really easy to fix. Step 1. Go to your impact sensor. Make it work with a tags called ''Floor'' or whatever you want. Step2 . Add that tag everywhere you want your sackbot to jump (Floor). The impact sensor get activated by all contact so it's not a ground sensor which would be easier if we had that. So i hope this helped you guys. This guide is obvious and maybe you all knew about it but in some levels i'm able to glitch using the wall. | 2011-07-26 04:08:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |

A backwards solution would be to have a no-jump tag for places you don't want this to happen. | 2011-07-30 14:36:00 Author: hesido Posts: 166 |
That method take a little more effort because you have to set up condition. | 2011-07-30 18:35:00 Author: Sport_dude Posts: 622 |
This is probably the quickest and easiest way. However, if you want it portable and to give it as a prize, there is a more complicated method. Make a tall, thin piece of hologram follow the sackbot, so that the hologram just barely misses touching the ground. Now attatch a new piece of hologram separately to the bottom of that, and apply the impact sensor. If done correctly, the sackbot will hit the wall before the impact hologram, and it will not make contact, but it will make contact with the floor. | 2011-07-31 15:57:00 Author: Unknown User |
That method take a little more effort because you have to set up condition. All you would have to do is to just put it all on a microchip and place a impact sensor connected to the microchip so when you touch a certain object, he wont jump. | 2011-08-02 14:42:00 Author: zzmorg82 Posts: 948 |
