ever wanted to know what it is like to be a gladiator, pitted in an arena against ruthless savages, and even your friends, to fight to the death for public entertainment? Well now you can! welcome to littlebig gladiator a fully featured gladiator simulation experience that comes included with a training program with harmless bots, a versus arena were you can fight your friends (or enemies), a co-op arena where you fight alongside your friends or alone to stave off endless waves of enemies, and soon to come an epic boss battle against a raging beast so epic in proportion it can barely fit in the arena

i really have spent many days working on and perfecting this level, however since there is so much programming put into it i know there will be a bug somewhere so if you find anything that doesnt work please tell me Immediately
also the co-op and boss levels are still in progress and not ready to be played

So I played your level today and I thought it was really nice. The arena was nicely decorated (I loved the Sackbot audience) and you really managed to capture that Roman theme with it. Based on these level aspects alone I was already sold. However, in terms of gameplay, I do see a lot of potential improvement. For instance, I can?t help but wonder why you used L2 to move you character counterclockwise and R2 to move it clockwise. Especially if you need to use R1 and L1 to swing your sword. Perhaps you could just use the rotation of the right stick for this. That way it feels a lot smoother.

Another thing that was kind of annoying when attacking the enemies was the turning of your character 90 degrees instead of just your sword. That way, as soon as you swung your sword, you?d be facing a whole other direction and be attacked by the enemies. I know it was just a training area, but still. You?d be dead in the actual arena which I presume has yet to be finished. Then I got one other little suggestion. A lot of people will want to play the level as soon as they enter it, so I suggest either removing the Play button or selecting the practice stage by default, so you?ll automatically go there once you enter alone. When you?re not alone and you want to duel other people it's of course the other way around and the duel stage is selected by default.

Still got a Yay from me, so don't worry.

If you have the time, I?d like you to invite to play and give feedback on my level Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield:

Hey there i played this the other day and like the idea and look of it the gladiators were pretty good. I noticed only the training area worked so i played that but unfortunatly i tried to turn my character shortly after i started the level and ended up breaking the model. I'm not sure what happened but it was weird.

On my second attempt i lived a little longer but got killed in what looked like one hit from the enemy.

I will give it another go eventually to test it again as i thought the overal design and setting was good enough to have potential.
