Seriously, what is Paperboy supposed to be? Was he an old concept for Sackboy, like Yellow Head was? Is he just a costume piece without any backstory? He never appeared anywhere in the story at all.

It's a shame the stickers we place on paperboy get so blurry. It's paper, for Cthulhu's sake. It should be sticker-friendly.

Paperboy is probably just, like someone else said here, a Mm doodle that came to life. And I think that if they had a costume that was not sackboy in LBP 1, they wanted to do that for LBP 2 also. Just my two cents

It's quite simple, really. Allow me to entertain you with a tale. One day, while sackboy was happily trotting through the "Cool Pages," He stumbled upon a level called "Sackboy shredder!" Now I suppose some of you can already guess what's going to happen, so I'll make it short. Sackboy + Shredder + Loads of duct tape and glue = Paperboy.

Maybe the only material left to make a sackboy was paper because you died too much and ran out of fluff… and ice cream.(That what the original sackboy is made of).
