Don't have all hazards /// Trouble hearing voice recordings

| Hey there... I have two important but unrelated questions that I decided to pair together just to save thread space. First of all, I don't have all the hazard tools in my poppit - only horrible gas and the delethalize tool? I tried doing the tutorial for hazards, but even after getting all the prizes (all of which were blurred out to me, suggesting I'd done the tutorial before), nothing changed. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on here? Other information: I'm not sure how long this has been going on for me. When I got the game I used the option to have all tutorials complete, so I didn't obtain any prizes manually. My second problem isn't as big an issue but it's a lot weirder. My friend has a normal object, a talking character with subtitled magic mouths and synchronized voice acting. One day the voice acting just didn't play for me, and another friend of this person said he couldn't hear the voices either. This happened after a rough round of spawning random things in an empty level, so I suspect something glitchy started it all. Throughout everything, the character's creator could hear the voice acting just fine - and the voices actually weren't even his, but from a friend of his. He reloaded the level, I double checked my TV volume and in-game sound settings, and I even tried tweaking the voice recordings directly but couldn't hear a thing. What surprised me was that the problem persisted a few days later after many ons and offs with my ps3. Again, any ideas on how to fix this?
