May i ask what key frames are in movie cameras? and what can they be used for? Also how do they work? when i use them it messes up the movie.

Key frames can be used instead of a sequencer to add camera angles during transitions from one camera to the next. I've used them when I was working on a level I originally created in LBP1 with a bunch of linked cameras. It was easier to use key frames to change the camera movements than it was to rebuild everything into a sequencer. That being said, I think it's much easier to edit and control cameras using a sequencer if you are starting from scratch.
