All of you might think the cool page is a junkyard like one of the previous thread i saw but didn't bother checking. Yes maybe the Cool page is full of level that don't really deserve to be there but honestly every level deserve to get there but some deserve it more then other. You guys must know that the cool page is a good feature because it show the most played level which is good right? The only reason the level you find there aren't really what your looking for is the fact that the community enjoy playing those ''junk'' levels. Some levels get really bad review because they don't deserve to get played, for example recording a music on a sackbot and publishing your level right after make people mad but what you don't understand is the fact that it's also YOUR fault if it's there because you bother playing it. It's the community fault if the levels are ''junk'' on the cool page and not the Cool page feature fault. So we can't fight against that, most people that play lbp don't really create much and enjoy most of there time playing level and some of them love easy quick level that most of the serious creator call ''junk levels''. Also for example if someone make a single character on a lvl and publish it and...it get n1 on the cool page, he will get flamed but he didn't ask for his level to get there and he doesn't deserve that. Of course like every reaction your going to be mad because your level taked 5000x more work & time to make doesn't get any play but that's how life is . Perhaps now you'll understand hopefully a lot more. TIPS: There's a cool page here at the Level Showcase. probablement la majoriter d'entre vous croiez que la cool page is remplit de merde come un des derniers sujet. Oui elle est surment remplit de niveaux pas tres bon qui ne m?ritent pas d'etre dans cette page mais honetement, Tous les niveaux m?ritent d'etre dans cette page mais d'autres le meritent plus. Vous devez savoir que la cool page est un tres bon moyen de savoir les niveaux qui sont le plus jouer en ce moment partout qui est biensure extraordinaire pas vrai? La seul raison pour laquelle les niveaux que vous retrouvez dans cette sections ne sont pas vraiment ce que t'aime c'est parceque les gens de la communiter aime jouer ces genres de niveaux ''nul'' et ces loin d'etre la faute du program. La plupart des niveaux ''nul'' dans cette section ont des mauvais commentaires parcequ'ils meritent pas d'etre dans cette section par example: publier un niveaux avec simplement un sackbot contenant une music enregister mais ce que vous ne comprenez pas ces que tu a JOUER ce niveaux donc tu a contribuer a l'avancement de ce niveaux dans la cool page donc ces ta faute autant que celles des autres! C'est la faute de la communoter si les niveaux dans cette section son ''nul''. Ont peut pas combatre ca, la majoriter des gens qui jouent a LittleBigPlanet 1 & LittleBigPlanet 2 ne faisent pas beaucoup de creation and pendant la majoriter du temps ils ont du plaisir en jouant des niveaux de la communoter qui sont simple et facil and ils ne comprennent pas beaucoup l'effet que vous resenter quand vous jouer a ces genres de niveaux Un petit exemple: Par example si quelqu'un publie un niveau avec seulement un simple bonhomme qu'il a voulut partager et sont niveaux se retrouve numero 1 dans la cool page. Les gens vont tous l'eceurer et ces injustes. J'espere bien que vous allez penser de facon different a l'avenir. Truc: Il y a une cool page ici dans la section ''Level Showcase''

if you give a **** about the cool pages you've got something wrong with your play style. You've got the largest LBP community on the web here, surely you can find some levels here.

You cant blame me for playing the levels on the cool pages because I dont play them because I can tell theyre junk. Plus, how is it my fault theyre there if theyre already there?

It's not about ''who'' fault is it, its because people always complaining about the level found on that page. ( your completely missing the point ).

True. But, what if the name and picture are attractive, but the level isn't? Like when you mistake a hamster poop for a raisin? (Bad example). Let's say along with a good title and picture, it has a crafty description and a good front review. You play the level half expecting it to be pretty decent, because we've all learned not to judge a book by it's cover, right? But, when you get there, it's the ugliest thing you've ever seen. It also plays terrible. Well, I understand you can undergo some closer analysis, but what if you don't want to or most of the stuff you see right away about it is positive? I can usually tell a level's bad by (sometimes) it's grammar, badge, comments, reviews, title, and description. If it appears they put a lot of effort into any/all of them, it's usually good. I see how some people can't help but get their level on the cool page, but most people DO want it on there. And that doesn't usually happen. For example, I try to get my levels on the cool page, but do they ever get close? No. But, like some people state, if they just sugarcoat some effortless poop, it can get there. So, you're right, but some things are different.

Yea i know that can happen, you can read description, look at the review and pictures, and maybe most of the people really try to get their level up there but some people don't really think of it and there level end up being there and if the level is bad people will get jealous and start flaming him. We aren't all good creator and some people really put effort on there levels without us recognizing it because we can somehow do it easily. Also looking at his previous levels help you recognize his abilities.
