It works I found the creators LEVELS but have not yet found the levels of EP 63

Are you able to use lbp.me? Just sign in there and click the level badge in the spotlight thread. Add to queue.

Just Queue it from your computer.

Moved to help forum. When you look at the spotlight thread, if you click the badge for the level it should link to that level's lbp.me page. If you're signed into lbp.me (your psn username & password) you can click the Queue button on the top right of the page. Next time you load up your game the levels you queue'd will be listed in your queue and ready to play. Very simple once you get the hang of it. Good Luck!
