I woke up yesterday to find my Planetarium account was logged out. I never log out. Now I've forgotten my password and need help. I'm not recieving the e-mail to change it back. Can anyone from Planetarium help? I'm stuck at a dead end here. Everything I'm trying isn't working and it tells me my account will be unlocked.

Are you sure the registered email is the one you're checking? It might be that you had registered an email you rarely check. Try contacting an admin or mod on the site so they can help, or getting a trusted friend to do so if you can't do it without logging in. Good luck.

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
Die Nutzung dieser Webseite erfolgt ohne Speicherung personenbezogener Daten. Es werden keinerlei Cookies, Logs, 3rd-Party-Plugins etc. verwendet.
