Wow, what a harrowing & thrilling adventure.

The chase mechanic works really, really well; delivering diverse & fastpaced action through breathtaking environments. Superb sound effects and subtle lighting complete a flawless and atmospheric level.

You've really pulled off the Descent-like horror/tension-vibe, despite your critters being LBP-style cutesy. (SPOILER: Really loved the part with the abominable snowmen lurking behind the ice. Classic.)

I had already played and hearted your other levels, so I knew you did great stuff, but this was still a suprise. (And really deserves to be MM-picked imho).

Please keep them coming...

Thanks guys for giving it some attention. I really appreciate it. Yeah the basic theme of this level is "run for your life and don't look back!!"2011-07-16 20:48:00

Thanks wolfy_616. To anyone else who looks at this thread, this level has been highly praised by many of the best creators out there. However, I still want to hear your opinions. Anybody who leaves me a msg on here I'll play their levels and leave feedback if you'll do the same. Thanks2011-07-22 01:32:00

I played this level a while back. To me, this level was a bit frustrating in areas. I guess it was the use of layers. I had a hard time navigating some parts and those nasty monsters got me many times.

Other than that, this was a solidly designed level. I can see you put a lot of effort and time into it. To me, I did not enjoy it as much as your other levels in this series. Don't get me wrong, it was fun (when I was wasn't getting ambushed by those monsters), it just seemed like something was missing in this level to me. It's probably the survival level style compared to the platforming style. I did not find any issues with the levels and the gameplay was smooth for such a complex level.

I can't remember if I left an in game review on this. If I did not, I will when I go back online.

Overall, a well designed level. Looking forward to playing the next parts in this series.

Oh, and by the way, I was blown away by Act 1-2. That was one of the most accurately designed films I have seen. Sorry for going off topic.

Thank you for creating and sharing this level.

If you wish F4F, I just made a new level. It is called Neptunia. It is in my signature.

I've played this level right when after I saw that you published when checking LBP.me!
I love all of your levels, especially since the snow theme isn't done as often as other themes like forest/jungle.
The only complaint I'd have, is that even with the arrows and holograms, I was somewhat confused where to go, and this was when those creatures were chasing me. It would have been fine, but when your being chased by those snow-monster-yeti-things it kind of hard to think
It not something that needs to be changed or that is neccesary, it just makes dying easier

When I first played Act 1-1 its visuals really amazed me, and somehow the visuals in Act 1-3 surpassed of those in the previous levels

Overall, this truly is an amazing series, with fantastic, great unique gameplay, well done cutscenese, and a very fun experience. I cannot wait until Act 3 arrives!

Oh and BTW what got curious is why Act 1-2 and 1-3 were released after 2-1 through 2-3?

If you'd like to F4F, would you mind giving some feedback for my Wooden Works: Part 1 level that is in my signature? Its quality is way below your level, but I put all I had into it

I truly thankyou for sharing your creative talent with the LBP community

Wow, this level was really intense. You literally had to run for your life through an ice cave that looked very convincing. The monsters looked very convincing as well; really scary and I just had the urge to run away as far as I could. The level really made me feel defenseless and vulnerable and got me by the throat. Very good job!

If you have the time, why don't you play and review my level:

I went through all of your published Act level series (so far) two days ago and I'm hugely impressed with it.

VISUALS:
Act 1 series is filled with such detailed snowy mountain design, and the cave has great lighting. Act 2 has very good forest design as well. 1-2 and 2-2 has very good cinematic sequences.

SOUND:
Great musics you put in the levels.

GAMEPLAY:
Your whole series is filled with great platforming gameplay. Act 1-3 should have better lighting in some areas, so that players could get some hints on where to hang on.

OVERALL:
The series is a lot of fun and has some amazing visuals. Looking forward to Act 3. A yay and heart to all of Act 1 and 2.
