What it says on the tin, really. i've got a bit of extra money for once and was thinking of picking up a few of the DLC packs. i figured the FFVII one, and maybe the Heavy Rain one (i heard it had nice stickers)...and then... The Incredibles...see...here's the thing...i have almost no interest at all in the license...i mean, the movie was good, but i don't particularly want to do a level about them... but there's some interesting Decorative bits in it (like that darned mike, and the radio set)...but...it's a level set... i loathed the Marvel level set like...i don't know...something designed expressly for the purpose of loathing...i mean, it just seemed...shoddy? Dull? So, if you've run the Incredibles stage set, what did you think? Was it worth the price of admission? Was it needlessly difficult to pick up all the prizes? Is it chock full of 2x, 3x, and 4x bits? i know it's only like 500yen...but that's 500yen that could be put to something more useful, ne?

The Prizes within the incredibles pack are contained within a gallery level so there is really no challenge in collecting them. It has great decorations and materials as well as awesome music. Some of the stickers are also useful as the pack contains posters, keypads etc I think its a useful set

I second The Incredibles pack - some great materials, and it's really easy to get them all as the guy above says, it's just one gallery level.

If you're interested in modern or technological settings then definitely go for it. The satellite dish, radio and car grill decorations have lots of uses, and the pod and rotating (into the screen along with its decorations!) drill objects are pretty unique. And the metal and stone materials are useful in any kind of theme.

There are two nicely textured stone materials that I particularly like. I never have much to spend on extras, but the Incredibles pack was worth it.

My heart warmed when you mentioned 500 yen. Hooray for Japan! I'm here too. I haven't had reason to buy the Incredibles DLC. History pack and Valentine's pack are best value for my money so far. No one's mentioned the best part of the Incredibles pack: the song you get! No Caper is one of my favorite songs in the whole LBP music library.

And you get another background, which has some great lights that look good with the darkness down. And the levels themselves are a pretty good romp. You've probably seen most of it before, but worth a couple of play throughs I reckon. One of the better packs available, definitely!

yeah, it's a good pack and has more creative potential in it than the FFVII Pack, which is cool... but really is if you want to have FFVII Sackpeople running around and it wont and much to your create tool kit.

Ahh! Sorry i didn't notice all the replies! Yeah, i think i will pick the set up. It sounds like there's a fair amount of generic-type stuff that i can get mileage out of. i'm really not a fan of the super-specific materials and stickers, but this is more neatly up my alley.
