LBP2 store loading screen problem..

I've been trying to access the store to play the Marvel pack but to no avail. The loading earth just keeps spinning and spinning. I've contacted getsatisfaction.com about this as well. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've also tried turning off the ps3 and turning it back on, signing in and out, nothing seems to work.
