Hi, I have a really big problem I've made some lvl's( of which I think they are pretty good) but my parents don't allow met to subscribe to the PSN. This means not publishing them So I wondered if there's a way to record my lvl's an publish them on the internet so that other people could watch and give their opinion. Thx in advance.

Well, that means the Site Filmers can't access your levels, either. You'll have to get a camera or any sort of recording the device. Record the gameplay and upload it off to YouTube or something, I imagine.

Tell them all about the wonders of PSN: it's free, it allows you to compete against other LittleBigPlanet players like yourself and play their levels. Basically, tell them all about the awesome stuff. And don't forget to mention you can pick who to play with, so you won't be playing with pedo's etc etc since that's what most parents worry about with their children and the big bad evil old internet.

Honestly has anyone here ever met a Pedophile online or been prey of anyone... Wanna make that here very clear... I am sure that someone has somewhere. but I am wondering how common it really is.. I personally have never known anyone who has been harmed by a pedophile on the internet. Back to your problem... I would say the easiest way would be to convince your parents to let you get PSN or if you have internet access you could just get one w/o them knowing.

I know a few people, actually, but that had nothing to do with PSN at all. I even knew the pedophile himself. But that doesn't mean it's common. Hell, I know it's uncommon, it's too uncommon that I think it's safe to say that PSN is a very secure place to be.

Well, pedophiles are rare people, but people that have a microphone set up and use offensive language, especially when things get bad for them or in general, are not so rare. I'm guessing that's what your parents are concerned about. If there is some way to intentionally disable microphone support, then that should help. Any text messages with offensive language will most likely get censored automatically. I've never experimented with parental controls on a PS3 though. Maybe someone else can comment on that.

The games have a rating in violence 3 being lowest 9 being highest now you can set the perinatal control to any where in between 3-9 if they set this at 3 you can only play (everyone) games that pretty much means NO violence at all! which i could comfortable say lbp fits in there

Pretty sure you can disable voice contact. At least, you can with Xbox 360, so I'm nearly certain PS3's do it.
