It seems as though my net speed has slowed down for no apparent reason this month, and now the update says it will take 1500+ minutes.... I was wondering if there was a way to speed this up. Perhaps download it on the computer, then port it into the PS3? Any help is appreciated.

sorry to say but no... 1500+ minutes wth!? but really, before you do itm i suggest deleting things that are uneeded from your ps3 to prevent the i cant download glitch or just sleep through it... good luck and sorry bout that

Do you use wireless connection? You should try your best to use a wired connection.

It used to take one hour for an update for me. Now with fast speed, 5 minutes. Used to take 3 days to download Welcome back plan (I didn't do it) Now takes 1 hour.
