What he said, although the only Customization is on the computer, but only if you use steam. If you get it on the PS3 you get a free voucher for a copy on steam, so you should do that. Also, the customization itself is pretty complicated. For anyone that isn't a game programmer, that is.

Thre's just one co-op mode with various stages, tho in Steam/ PC you can always download mods and maps people make for both Single-player and co-op, people are always working on that kinda stuff. Besides a free expansion pack with extra/ more difficult levels for 1p and co-op should eb arriving soon as well.
