all you nostalgiaholics come a play as your lovely bounty hunter Samus Aran!! in this demo you get to use her Charge Beam, Missiles, and Morph ball! through the level you fight stationary turrets but at the end is a surprise. can you use her abilities to reach the end? the level allows 4 players but only 1 can control samus. instructions on how to use her are displayed as you walk through the level. if you find any problems during your walk-through, or any bugs, please contact me on my PSN or right it down in the comment section. give me feedback on what can, or should be improved/replace/removed. other then that please enjoy the level, rate it, heart it, and thank you very much. update: 1.1- improved spawn and save station... update: 1.2- fixed HUB and samus. added visual effects when switching samus to morph and vis-versa. expect a new update soon. http://lbp.me/v/2qpbcc

I played this last night and absolutely loved it. I thought the different power-ups were done well. The morph ball is cool. It was a tad frustrating trying to time the explosions just right to propel you up to the next ledge, but that's the way it was in the game as well. The turrets got old after awhile. I would have liked to see different enemies, I know this is just a demo level but a bit more variety could help. nk827 did an awesome job on the music. It is perfect. It brought back memories of spending late nights with Super Metroid and made me want to take out my SNES or *cough* emulator *cough* Anyway, great demonstration of Samus, I can't wait to see a full blown level, with boss fights with Kraid, Ridley, Crocomire and Mother Brain. That'd be awesome. Good work.

thank. yea the turrets are boring, im mean i test the demo everyday, the metroids were gunna be an enemy in the demo as well. its just when i got to that point of finishing the level and adding em in my brain just fried.. soon there will be another update for the demo (extended/more enemies), or i will throw in the first level of this metroid series.
