So far, it seems there has been very little DLC for lbp2 compared to the frequent updates for lbp1. Any idea why MM is not releasing much?

Now that LBP1 is free and has introduced many, many, MANY new players to the game, I imagine there's even less incentive to make LBP2 exclusive DLC right now. They're better off introducing stuff like costumes or materials or levels that can be played in both games. More potential buyers out there than ever... I have a sneaky suspicion that while we're not getting LBP3 any time soon, there's going to be an LBP All Stars disc that combines all of LBP1 and LBP2 content, re-engineered using only LBP2 tools and logic, and all DLC up until that point. I'm stoked about the PS Vita version of the game. If it's literally LBP2 functioning on a handheld, and it means I can swap files back and forth with the PS3, that's huge incentive to many people to buy into LBP2 right away. And from that point on, LBP2/Vita/All stars DLC will be a worthwhile thing, because everthing is consolidated. For now, the majority of cash is still in developing DLC that keeps LBP1 players in the loop.

Pfft. Who should be their priority? The X Million "welcome back" PSN users, who haven't spent any money on LBP (and who already have an absolute wealth of DLC already available for LBP1)? Or the core LBP community, who have made LBP the success it is today - bought both titles (at release) - and are currently starved of LBP2 DLC? The "fly-by-nights" who downloaded LBP for free will most likely be gone by tomorrow - and the ones that have become addicted will most likely be purchasing LBP2 as soon as possible. They've had 3 years to get into LBP, we've all moved on to LBP2. (I just can't wait for the move pack - although it sucks we're having to pay extra for functionality that should have been included in the game at release)

Toy Story comes this mouth or next and September even bigger Move Pack with lot of free updates to existing stuff, they simply needed time to make DLC Fact MGS come faster but compireing to Move pack MGS have a lot less content

No, toy story won't be part of the move update. Toy story voices are in magicmouths, updated with 1.05
