It's been almost a year since the LBP2 beta started for EU and they still haven't been sent out any word?

You only get a bug blaster for finding a certain number of significant bugs in the beta. The beta vest is the only costume you're guaranteed to get having taken part in the beta.

Yeah, but did *anyone* get bug-blaster costume codes for their work in the BETA? Is anyone going to 'fess up? When you consider that you'll need to spend a good few hours testing/breaking the Beta in order to accurately report on a bug... especially if you are to accurately find/report on several bugs.... then even if they were paying minimum wage - you're talking a man-hours value of about ?50 for the costume (though probably more). & you aren't even guaranteed to get it?! A sneaky way to motivate a community to do your bug testing for nothing

Ummm... I got one. Did you get it for the lbp2 beta or did you already have one? If it was for lbp2, was it a special situation (like a BCC contest or one of those threads where an Mm person came in and said "Bug Blasters to everybody who can help with such and such") or was it just for regular bug reporting during the beta. I guess the question is, have those who earned bb's from the beta gotten them, and therefore, if the rest of us haven't gotten 'em, can we assume that we won't? I don't remember hearing about the bb's being sent out, but then I kinda' haven't been paying attention so I mighta' missed it.

I got one for LBP1 Online Create Beta. My team won one in contest #3 for the level we created. So yeah, I already had one. I forgot there was a chance for them with LBP2 since NA was so late getting in the Beta.

I didn't mind waiting for the game, but it was unfortunate because almost every bug we could find had already been found and reported by the EU people. I did report a few, though, so maybe. Honestly, though, I'd actually forgotten about the bb's 'til I saw this thread. I can't believe they haven't given 'em out yet.

Every day, I hit the mailbox... only to return inside with a frowny face and no bug blaster code. Then I turn on my internetz, check my email.... only to find no code. Seriously... when are Mm going to get on this? I know a lot of us worked really hard to find bugs for them, even if they had already been found by EU folks. Would it be so tough to go through the list and start handing codes out?

I got one for BCC02 So did Splapp_me_do for BCC01 and Okingo for BCC03. Besides those three codes, I don't know of anyone else getting a bug blaster during the LBP2 Beta... EDIT: Actually my friend Dav1d0 got a code for helping out with the God glitch, I think it was. The code turned out to be a dud though, and he still haven't received a working one

Man, that costume looks good. You fail me yet again, my own disinformed mind about beta rewards I guess I'll just have to hope the reward Naughty Dog promised for reaching level 25 un the Uncharted 3 beta will be good.

Would it be so tough to go through the list and start handing codes out? It might be. I don't really know what all is involved but it could be much more complicated than just pushing a "sendall" button. First, the codes might not even exist yet, which would mean that they'd have to be generated and submitted to Sony (or Sony would have to generate them and give 'em to Mm--I'm really not sure how that happens exactly). Then Mm has to compile a list of everybody who contributed significantly. Not an easy task considering how widespread the beta was. Then I imagine they have to send the email requests through Sony. My guess would be that they're too busy working on things like the Move pack and (hopefully) fixing some of those bugs that have been there ever since the beta *cough*localspace*cough*

Dav1do did get a code but it's not a dud it just won't work until Mm sends out the rest of the codes, Which they refuse to do.
