When I change a level's type to Cinematic, the camera is fixed on the bottom of the level. Any advice?

you need to activate the cutscene, a battery will suffice... just connect it to the sequencer any other issues just ask

Yeah, the player doesn't spawn in cinematic mode, so you'll have to make it automatically activate with a battery or a toggle.

Use a sequencer, and plug a battery into the first input 'Activate!'.

I am going to start by saying: I have had t say this so many times. Either play a level on how to make a movie or read a tutorial here online as I have countless times seen people asking how to make a movie/what cutscence mode does. Place a block of dark matter somewhere out of sight. Place a sequencer. Slap a movie camera on it. Tweak settings to desired reaction. Pause (If not already paused). Press square at the very point where the 'circuit board' starts for the sequencer or plug a battery to the input.
