Review #21! "Sky Heart-Sky Chase (LBPC1)" by fumetsusozo http://lbp.me/v/2dxrt4 * These LBPC contests are great aren't they? They encourage people to make creative fun levels... Such as this one! *LBP.Me link takes you to the intro movie of the level. Gameplay In this level you bionic commando through cloud filled skies and ruins protecting your master in a flying ship from evil SkySocks, Which are this games common enemy. There are 2 parts this level, In the first part you traverse clouds and balloons with bounce pads on them. In the 2nd part you grapple through ruins filled with floating buildings and spikey platforms. In both the screen auto scrolls. It's essentially an escort mission. There is a lot of enemy variety. Some enemies fire lasers, some drop bombs, some jump from clouds. You can tell the creator put a lot of effort into the game. One problem I have is that the area you go through is vast, so sometimes an enemy has successfully attacked without you knowing. The first part can get tedious because there isn't much variety in the level design as it's literally just clouds and balloons. In the 2nd part however things really pick up, Your still fighting enemies but now your jumping on huge bounce pads and grappling through platforms. These ruins have a ton of buildings where stuff changes. In one instance I was trapped in one and had to quickly grapple some objects to avoid being crushed. It's very hard. Tons of enemies are flying at the ship and you have to be very good with the grappling hook if you wanna catch enough of them in time. I barely beat it. 44/50 (Awsome) Atmosphere The characters and structures have a lot of personality and charm to them. I loved how things looked. The creator uses the 3D layer glitch to put clouds in the background. It makes the experience very immersive, Continuing what I've said about it feeling like a whole new game. It looks downright beautiful. It really adds to the levels. The music is pretty quiet though. Sounds are used nicely. 18/20 (Sweet) Final Thoughts This was a very immersive and fun experience. It's pretty hard which I appreciate. You might not like it as much as I do thanks to its difficulty. But I think it's near perfect. I can't wait for the next part. 92/100 (Amazing) I approve :star: I heart <3

Thanks for the nice words~ Also there is more then two levels. there is a 3th level and a ending level. but the problem is i've gotten reports that the level link on level 2 don't always work, and you have to start over the level and try again... it will most likely work at that point for some reason. I really can't find what the problem is... it's just a emitted level link that turns on by a timer. nothing odd there really... but because of this. I will be making a hug level soon that'll let you play any of the levels in any order you want. *mew But sadly only the first level with only the clouds gameplay count as part of the contest. as I did not find out till after i made them all that we were suppose only make one level for the contest. xD PS: Here is the general Topic I created for the levels. https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=59276-The-Adventures-of-Dareti-Katain I upload Info and sometimes Art ideas there~
