So it's like this: I play the LBP series since 2008 and like any other dedicated LBP player, I snatch any free costume I spot in the store. One of my favourite costume sets is the Spacesuit. Simple, but awesome. Something like a month ago, my PS3 died. Luckily I had my Profile backup from LBP2 but no system backup. I imported the profile and yesterday I noticed I had to reinstall the costumes I had downloaded in order to use them again, including those time limited offers you don't find in the store anymore. So I went to my download record in the Account Management section and re-downloaded everything: the birthday cake costume, the St Patrick's day costume, the Chinese New Year's... well, almost everything. To my immediate dismay, the Spacesuit costume wasn't in my downloads list Is there anything I can do to get it back? It isn't bound to my profile (I can find it in my Popit but not use it), not in the Store anymore, it's not on my download list... Have I permanently lost it even though I have once downloaded it?

Wow... In my thinking it should be there in the downloads along with everything else. That is as long as you hadn't already done it 5 times. Sorry to hear about the PS3 dying!

Thanks, it was a terrible nuisance but I got over it. I only had to deal with my console dying on one occasion, so I also only went to re-download my stuff once. I checked the list again and again, from my first download (MGS Database) to the stuff I bought this week thanks to the sales. By date, the suit should be right next to the cake costume, but it just isn't there. It isn't anywhere on the list. Why would this be, if it different than any other costume?

just a thought but could it still appear on the in game store? I guess I could take a look when I get home, but I'm not very optimistic. It doesn't appear on the PS Store neither in my downloads list. When the universe starts trolling me, it doesn't stop until I give up -.- Those with a Spacesuit, can you confirm it shows up on your list, just to make sure if it's something with the item or if it's just me?

I don't recall it being on my download list, but I picked up the spacesuit costume at the start of LBP2 when it was re-released. Perhaps there will be another possibility for download later?

Um did you download it on another user? God, that's it! I was playing on my sister's accont (helping her with story bubbles) when I downloaded it. It's on her list for sure. Thank you so much! Argh, this means it belongs to her and not to me. I have to preserve her account on all costs!

Well, nothing's fixed after all. My sister forgot her email adress before my PS3 died, and could only play because her account login was set to automatic. She made a new account after I got a new console. I gave her a few days to see if she could remember the adress, but she can't. To sum it up, my sister downloaded the spacesuit with her account, forgot it's e-mail and my PS3 died, so I've got no means whatsoever to re-download the suit. Perfect

I'm not THAT sad how she could forget I just don't know. She probably made multiple e-mails for different things and just forgot. Probably it's also partially my fault, I should have remembered to download the stuff in my account. And even then I had no clue it was time limited. What annoys me it's that this kind of crap had precisely to happen to this one free costume I liked. Not the useless cake costume, not the fairly silly groundhog one. It had to be the awesome astronaut costume Kids, learn from my mistake. Edit: customer service? You think MM or Sony would help me with this?

Mabye you downloaded it on a different profile. Well yeah, that I figured out with some earlier help. The problem now is, that person who downloaded it (my sister) lost her e-mail address. Does anyone have a clue if the spacesuit will be available in the LBP2 Store during the launch of LBPV? Was it available during the week LBP PSP was launched?

I don't believe it was. I've lost my spacesuit costume aswell after creating another account. It appeared on the NA store but I live in Australia so I couldn't get it. It was a truly awesome costume, hopefully it will pop up sometime this year.

Crikey, how many more have lost this awesome costume? MM, this is a hint... make it an annual costume! For the day man landed on the Moon or something... This is a stereotypical costume that may be needed for space levels.
