Adding a chat? Here at lbpcentral?

| In a chat you can easily talk with other people, i'm suggesting this since me and some other person from lbpcentral usually go on littlebigplanetarium to chat. This site has simply been around longer. We get all the other fun things that go along with it, like spambots and trolls. Second: bandwidth. Chat functionality eats it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even fourthmeal. I also assume that this is a significant reason why it was pulled. I can understand the moderation thing, as I certainly wouldn't want to have to monitor yet another aspect of the site, but I don't think it was a primary reason for its demise. | We used to have an IRC chat at one point, though it died out of not being used as I recall. We then had Comet/Arrow chat for a little bit, which was awesome, but unfortunately opened a connection to the host for every open LBPC webpage for every connected user, which quickly became too much for the connection to handle. Since the developers never managed to get that issue fixed, the feature never returned. Since then, there have been many threads asking for the return of a chat feature (I believe about six or seven, though that's a ballpark number), none of which panned out. That's pretty much the gist of the history of LBPC chat.
