| As far as I'm aware there is no longer a "best time," but if I'd have to take a guess, I'd say during the weekend (friday night - sunday) as no matter the time difference, weekends are usually rest days wholly. But I wouldn't worry too much about it, you may publish on a weekend and get less plays than publishing on a week day, its mostly random tbh.
