umm i dont know why but i cant connect to psn, i even check my network settings, internet is fine, but when it then it said Failed when it reach playstaion network. Anyone else experiencing this?

I wouldn't worry much, stuff like that happens randomly, rather often with me as of lately. Turn off and disconnect your PS3 from the power outlet, disconnect your router and wait a few mins, if that doesn't work, do the same but along with your modem (be sure to take out the battery if it has one.) and wait a while, if after that it still won't work, wait a day or two and try again, heck sometimes it just fixes itself on its own without needing to disconnect anything.
