Portal 2 Repulsion Gel, in real life?

Archive: 9 posts

So I got this bottle of blue goo, and I immediately thought, "Repulsion Gel in real life ." It's not going to make you jump 10 feet in the air, but it is hard to hold in your hand because it'll fling right out. It also looks a bunch like the Gel too and seems to have the same consistency (but less sticky, messy, and fluidy).

(sorry kinda staticy and increased saturation a bit, I'll probably reupload them)

I think Valve sells official Portal 2 gels (they don't work obviously). Not sure through but I've seen them around online saying official merchandise.2011-07-05 21:35:00

They sell that stuff by the truckload in The Science Museum in London, except it's orange. I know, I bought the stuff when I was younger. :L2011-07-05 21:38:00

I know I've seen them on the web too.

Really a shame they cut the Inception Gel (as it's known in the game's files, but it's commonly called Sticky Gel. It was a cut gel that would allow you to walk on walls)

I had a similar thing many years ago, it's a great novelty until it picks up hair and other little things.2011-07-05 22:02:00
