This is designed to stop broadcasting of T.V/films and music for people to watch for free on the internet. But due to the way it's worded it also prevents us from uploading gameplay footage. If you upload more than 10 videos of gameplay then you could get 5 YEARS in jail. This would hurt the games industry because they make a lot of sales from people watching videos of the game on the internet.
