Seems to be US only but if you've had your free 30 days expire thanks to a little confusion over the exact expiration of the welcome back offers extending it to the 5th you can get an extra 30 days. Because so many were waiting til the last minute to get + and it aparently ended before the end of the 3rd http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2011/07/03/psn-welcome-back-program-expires/ people have moaned and it has been extended to the 5th. UPDATE: The Welcome Back offer has been extended until 9am Pacific on Tuesday, July 5th. I started my + as soon as the welcome back started and it ended yesterday. did this earlier and it now runs to early august.
