Where do I get the emitter?

| I wanted to make a gun or a car, everything says i need gadgets, and emitter. I don't have either. Please help!!!!! I really need this, I have great ideas for levels and guns, but where do I get the emitter?!?! Also how do I make my levels bigger? | I reccomend finishing or unlocking all tutorials (the later will lock you out of a trophy.) it has a lot of tools that are quite useful. You cannot make a level "bigger," its all on how you build it, if it has a lot of obstacles and ascents/ descents of course it will seem larger than a plain just-walk-forward level.
