I've been meaning to play about with this glitch for some time, but after taking a look through my popit lately to ind what I need, I discovered I had no tethered jetpack ( :O ) My only guess is that this is because I ran quickly through LBP1 a second time upon buying LBP2, due to the fact that I ... er.. deleted my old profile Anyone have any idea how I can get this back? I'd played through all the tutorials and levels, but cant seem to find this object anywhere... I can't remember where the jetpack was originally obtained. My guess would be the tutorials, but I'm certain I ran through all of those...

I remember the tetherless jetpack came with the creators pack that was released for LBP1. I'm not sure if that's where the tethered one is too.

Nope. Got the thereless jetpack, but I don't think the twist glitch works with it. I've tried anyhow, and I can't get it to do my bidding...

The tethered jet pack is a default object that is unlocked in LBP. You should have it from the get-go. You said you did all of the tutorials?

Yup, you'd think I'd have it, having run through all the tutorials, but I just tried running through them again and the tutorial in question didn't unlock... dont remember if I have to play through a portion of the story to get more to come (The tutorials stop after the connectors have been completed...) I just got a friend to send me a copy of a tethered jetpack, hopefully itll work.

You have to complete them, not just run through them, if memory serves me right.

No, it's a gameplay element, it comes from the tutorials.

I noticed on my gf's profile that the tethered jetpack wasn't there either, and I just ran through the tutorials on hers to get the items too. So I think you DO have to complete a tutorial to get it. I hope this little bit of info helps.

Thanks guys, I have completed the tutorials, it's still not there. No matter though - I found out that it works perfectly fine with a captured jetpack from someone else's moon. Thanks for the help! Maybe one day I'll have the patience to try and find it - until then I have it sorted for now
