LBP2 - MFPS (Multiplayer First Person Shooter)

Archive: 3 posts

Hello everyone , I haven't shown my face around here in a while (which I haven't done much of when I was on here alot and noone knows me). Well I am starting a new project to work on by myself ,(If I need help I shall ask here) and it's basically just a a Multiplayer First Person shooter utilizing the power of the 3D camera glitch (I currently don't know which one to use to spin a full 360 degrees). It will be a versus level with each person being able to go wherever they want anyway they want throughout the map, there is a teams option within the game with each person being able to select which team they would like to play on through jumping in a tube of their choice. Each tube leads to a different area of the map as you get to the bottom you will be put in a controllinator on hologram material. Well thats all for now i'll just add more here later, i'm still in the notebook phase havn't started anything in the game itself yet.2011-07-02 06:17:00

You will want to check out "evret"s levels, as they utilize the fps camera (it's actually over-the-shoulder, but it can be made to look fps). He may still have his copyable level published, which uses the glitch camera with level rotation. The only currently working method of spinning while in the glitch camera view is by rotating the level.

Check out the glitch camera tutorial if you haven't already done so.

Personally, I suggest just waiting for MM to release the next update, since that fixes local space and 'should' allow rotating of glitch cameras.
