Hey guys! I have new level out. It's an entry for the LBN legends competition. I tried to do something a bit different this go around, making a level that focuses almost only on using the paint gun to move things around. It's heavy on physics based platforming.

Arexion was kind enough to create the musical track for the level.

Thanks and hope you enjoy it!

Lockstitch, how do you do it? This level is different from your others, but it is no less fun or spectacular. The new elements that you brought into this level were very refreshing. The music was, indeed, perfect. It fit wonderfully.

To wrap up the level in a few words: Lockstitch being Lockstitch. Great job.

Another well-done level from you! No tricks, no fancy contraptions, just a paint gun and a Sackthing.
Along with physics being a major factor here, it's nice to see gameplay that can be
just...old-fashioned physics platforming!

Though I would like to ask you how did you make the
platforms respond when the wheel got hit by the paintballs?

Again thanks for the level and good luck on winning the contest!

Really liked this one. Great stylish visuals, fun theme with the undead pirates, nice musics, and great smooth gameplay. Looks great and plays fantastic.

One thing: I found the last pinwheel with the upward moving platform very, very hard. And rather frustrating. Maybe I'm clumsy, but it took me a whole lot of tries to get up to the bell-ringing area.

outstanding lockstitch. you once again produced an excellent level. I love how you come up with unique, clever ways to accomplish a task. Although I too had difficulty on that last wheel. But I made it. Great level, very well crafted with excellent game play. I loved that the only tool you had was the paint gun, no bounce pads (wait, were there? I don't remember) no grappling hooks etc. Kinda Old skool. I liked it. As usual, outstanding job and I eagerly await your next creation.2011-07-02 21:58:00

Such an amazing level Lockstitch. Once again, you create a level with mechanics that can make even the greatest creators go "wait- wha- how?" As I did on further inspecting the wheels that move other objects, which you intrigued me. You never disappoint, and you can even make a physics based platformer into an amazing masterpiece with things never seen before. Congrats!2011-07-03 13:56:00

Another clever level from Lockstitch. This time, you did something completely different.

VISUALS:
The level design didn't seem to have as much polishing as your other levels, but it still has nice visuals thanks to stickering and some Lockstitch style movements.

SOUND:
Arexion did a great job making a fantastic music for this level of yours.

GAMEPLAY:
Once again, you did a great job on the gameplay. This time, you brought back one of LBP1's finest gadgets, the Paintinator. It is filled with fun ideas of the Paintinator usage. The complaint I had with this level is that some obstacles that can only be moved with the paintinator didn't seem to move that much. You need to somehow loosen up the strength of the bolts, or find the other way to make them completely unstuck.

OVERALL:
This level is rated "Arr" ( I said the same thing to Shookie's LBN Legend level ). A and <3.

Once again, Lockstitch slams another magical level right into the LBP Community. Phenomenal visuals with great use of logic. I loved how you mixed certain materials together to fit the scenery. Great music to go with it, Arexion must be trustworthy with his music if you used his. (I checked his music level, I found soundtracks from other levels I didn't know he made. Bravo, Arexion!)! Great combination with the trigger explosives and the Paintinator. And once again, smart obstacles and sometimes used LBP's physics as your guide! But when I got to the first paint wheel (you should know what I'm talking about), my mind was suddenly blown when you made the obstacles react to the wheel (because the obstacles responded exactly to the kinetic energy). You must've taken alot of time trying to perfect that (but I wouldn't be surprised if it took you less than 5 minutes!). Well done, Lock. Can't wait for your next platformer!

Free love, chronos453. ^^
