Recently I tried to add colors to my drawings and this is the first one I started with (and the only one so far). I didn't add to much emphasis on the shadows and I'm going to have to get new colored pencils as these are too bright. Dang, the drawing is really nice! It reminds me of Studio Ghibli I think the coloring fits the style of drawing, like neat and soft. I know you're not emphasizing the shading yet but the shadow in the center of that "snowman" is kind of confusing. I don't really get it, but that's me. It's really good though!

Thanks for the feedback. I have fixed the the shadow, it will be fixed after I change the image on my DA account. I didn't even try to go for anything close to anime

I absolutely love those evil snowmen! And I think you did a good job of making the snow on the ground have volume. But the question was about the coloring. I think its good and it scanned very well. I think its good as it is But if you want to make it better I would get some reference pictures to help with shading hair. Maybe add flames to both sides of the sword since it doesn't seem like he should be swinging it.
