When do you think is the best time in week to publish a level in order to have most possible plays?

During the summer, with kids out of school, probably doesn't matter. The weekday showed 9,000+ people online and the weekend also had 9,000+ people on. So, I would base it on your schedule. Make sure you can be there to view any initial feedback like, (this part broke, etc). Good luck.

You can publish anyday, best time imo is 8-6PM CET where Europe peak starts and later on NA joins and they cumulate, 5PM-3AM is where them ost people are online, worsed time is morning CET. Also great time is if oyu got lot of friends online to play it and push it. Ofcorse Friday and Saturday is a best, but example i published my Tetris tuesday and it succeed

Yeah, I've been quite lucky. The first three levels I published got on Cool Pages. I published when I had time. There was no real set time. Sunday at 11pm Thursday at 8pm Saturday at 9am As you can see, didn't really matter. It's mostly a matter of luck from my experience and what I've seen. As Shadow said, have your friends play. I usually let friends know when I publish a new level and ask them to play it and rate fairly. Obviously, your friends will most likely be generous, so don't let their praise go to your head.

Actually time of day got huge impact, i really not recommend publishing anything after NA peak when they slowly going to sleep if you hope for getting some plays not from your friends. You could publish on NA peak and level can get some attention but after that like rock to the water

You could publish on NA peak and level can get some attention but after that like rock to the water I would have agreed with you a few months ago but as you can see, mine took off at all different times. So far, publishing time hasn't played a factor in success or failure. Some levels were published at the same times as those others and didn't get very far. However, typically, I tend to publish evenings. A friend of mine publishes in the morning. Both of us have had success and failures, so, luck still seems to be a factor.

Well those 2 times are norma,l 8am? might work worse time is 2am-3am i guess

Meh... I usually get only 5 plays, regardless of the time i publish. I guess my levels are not the cup of the "crowd".
