An amazing idea! Must read

My idea is to have an option when looking through levels to not show levels that have certain words in the level title. So say your looking through the cool levels section and you see all those bomb survival levels, it would be cool if there was an option to press triangle and click an option called "don't show levels that have" and then afer you click on it you can enter a word and then any level containing that word in the title won't be showed. That way you could avoid see H4H levels, bomb survival and heart if you hate Justin beaber. Who's with me? | 2011-06-30 08:48:00 Author: SkaterOllie795 ![]() Posts: 145 |
Yeah, they should allow Advanced Searching on each section for LBP. However, this may not happen, because all you have to do is go on lbp.me (http://lbp.me) and then use that to add levels you care about into your queue. So use that instead. | 2011-06-30 09:20:00 Author: Roneranger ![]() Posts: 415 |
I love that the best way to find a stage is not in the game. I think personally that (h4h) should trigger the swear filter and remove itself automatically. | 2011-06-30 09:35:00 Author: Mr_Fusion ![]() Posts: 1799 |

Best idea since the implementation of icecream in sackpeople. An amazing idea! Must read Nice title thar. ---- This are all good ideas, however. I give my full support and based on my own tests and knowledge, should be easy for the folks at MMolecule to program. | 2011-07-04 03:42:00 Author: Cronos Dage ![]() Posts: 396 |
Or MM could just ball up and delete all these "H4H Bomb Shark Survivals Kill Justin Beiber Heart if XBox sucks With real watorz" levels Are you listening MM? (hint hint, nudge nudge wink wink) ![]() | 2011-07-04 04:09:00 Author: UberOrbPS ![]() Posts: 290 |
trust me, they wont. mm wont do that. there are loads of people who play lbp with different tastes, i personally quite enjoy a bomb survival from time to time. they do bring some good times with friends. too many people enjoy them for them to be removed, even if they do have H4H stapled to them. honestly i have just learnt to ignore the H4H. | 2011-07-04 21:38:00 Author: nerzdadestroyer ![]() Posts: 1527 |
I approve of this idea. Being able to filter out costume levels would be nice. | 2011-07-04 23:09:00 Author: Brandon ![]() Posts: 106 |
Lol ball up and delete them? Media Molecule can't just delete levels that kids publish. To you they're crappy levels, to them they are SO MUCH FUN!!! Just ignore them and stick to playing Mm Picks, Spotlights, LittleBigPicks (hint hint ![]() That's what I do. Also, that LittleBigPodcast has some cool levels now and again (but i can't stand how freakin nerdy they are! I'm sorry but my God! They should be with girls and watching crappy movies like Airplane for Friday movie night! Not chillin with sackboy XD Edit: Chilling w/ sackboy + girls = too cool for school XD | 2011-07-05 05:05:00 Author: Nick930930 ![]() Posts: 878 |
I suggested this idea to Media Molecule a while back while in the LBP2 beta using GetSatisfaction. If you support this idea, go here and vote: http://getsatisfaction.com/littlebigplanet/topics/a_new_filter_excluding_words_or_sentences The idea is "Under Consideration" - and not many ideas have that status. So there might be a good chance that this is going to be implemented. Show Media Molecule you like this idea, and vote! Please add a filter that allows you to exclude levels that contain certain words or sentences in their title. If possible, please include this in-game too ![]() This allows everyone to filter the levels out that they don't want to see (Examples are h4h and trophy levels), so that they can focus on the levels they like. | 2011-07-05 07:09:00 Author: robbit10 ![]() Posts: 450 |
I'm totally on board with that movement Robbit. One of the best suggestions I've ever seen. Lets hope MM gets this implemented, so I don't have to sift through the crap to find the gold. | 2011-07-05 08:12:00 Author: Captain_Dinosaur ![]() Posts: 214 |
Just jumped on Get Satisfaction to help this happen. Interesting site... never really spent too much time reading it, although I was aware of it's existence. | 2011-07-06 03:15:00 Author: Mr_Fusion ![]() Posts: 1799 |

(hint hint, nudge nudge wink wink) ![]() I think there are too many of those, and Mm has lotsa better things to do, like making the game more awesome, than pointlessly hunt them down as they'll just re-appear. ![]() | 2011-07-06 03:20:00 Author: Silverleon ![]() Posts: 6707 |
They cant just delete them! Everyone is entitled to their own enjoyment of LBP, wether it be making bomb survivals or expressing their hate of the Beiber through publishing pointless levels. Kids will play E Rated games, and do questionable things while playing. Theres nothing we can do exept ignore them. | 2011-07-06 03:37:00 Author: grayspence ![]() Posts: 1990 |
I think not only that they have to delete levels, such as free costumes, THEY have to delete costumes that are related to Emo, everytime I play littlebigplanet 2 I look for someone to play with, but those emos wont get away, I mean what is so fun in BEING EMO? I guess they don't know what EMO actually means. | 2011-07-06 06:32:00 Author: Unknown User ![]() |
