Hello my fellow sacks! I wanted to start off and getting it out of the way... I LOVE LBP. There I said it, I know you where thinking it so it's out in the open now and we can relax. I'm a littlebig music composer. I've made over 150 songs (radio titles) on 3 separate Jukeboxes. I just published a super massive CD player and managed to download all my songs (138) onto 3 CDs but the meter doesn't even get above 25%. Its very user friendly but I'm looking for suggestions how to make it even better. Drop by sometime and let me know what you think. <3

Hi tabycatmeow. I see no one has replied yet, don't worry everyone's quite friedly here and willing to help out. You may want to use the F4F feature in the level showcase section to promote and improve your levels. I regularly check there for new and upcoming levels myself.2011-06-30 16:46:00

Hi Tabycatmeow,I played your levels yesterday and have to say you have the best sequencers I've come across to date,
I have a question,I noticed alot of the sequencers are 70-80's rock (which is awesome btw) have you ever made any Black Sabbath,
Ozzy or Iron Maiden sequencers?
I've been searching for those since buying LBP2 to no avail.
Either way I look forward to seeing more from you..you are quite talented.
Oh and my 2 favorites you have so far are Freebird and We Belong..thanks for sharing your music.

Thanks for playing. And to answer your question, yes I have tried to make some heavier songs like Black Sabbath but unfortunately the instruments for LBP2 aren't quite ready for heavy metal. they end up sounding very... not heavy. I've sampled different kinds of music and found that classic rock and 80s pop sound the best because they are very mellow and most often they use instruments that we can use on LBP2. The guitars do not sustain or reverb for very long and you have to manually whammy each note. Also there are only a couple of guitar sounds and none of them are anything close to heavy metal scraping on a grinding wheel, which is the key ingredient to most heavy metal songs. We'll see if that changes in the New DLC pack coming up.
