Enemy Sackbot A.I

I've seen some tutorials on this topic but I could still use some help. I want Enemies to know when I'm about to attack them and try to react in a way that keeps them safe, But i don't want it to be thats all they do. sometimes they might attack instead of evade. And speaking of attacks, I wan there attacks to be realistic. What i mean by that is some of my enemise will be humans, so they need to like throw punches, but no have them able to jump twenty feet in the air. Monsters are another thing.
But back to main topic, if you guys could help me, or leave a comment saying how you would do good sackbot A.I, that would be wonderful, so thanks in advance.

You could make your character activate a tag while attacking which will tell the sackbot what attack you are using so he can take the right action.

Do you mean when they hit you they dont throw themselves? You could have a gravity tweaker turn the dampen to 100% or just make it emit holo. Thats all i can think of.

No i mean, They dont go flying real fast in one direction they just move barely

well i was using sackbot chips, when my character got close enough, he would start following, shoud I have used a regular follwer tho? Because I'll try that. and BTW, how would you do swing animations?
Edit: FOllowers arent good ideas, i just tried them, and when my character does a midair attack, the follower will keep him in the air there with him... :/

I would use holo if its a weapon so it doesn't move you, but if your punching then a normal bolt system

Did you make sure the right chip is activated after the attack.

Hi.
From what i understand you possibly want to do something along this guy's levels regarding animation, colision and reaction:

It has a couple of tutorial levels explaining how its done.
A little deep waters messing with battery percentages on a sequencer and timings as well if you ask me, but seems the most robust solution.
There are and Comphermcs siple and clean guide on AI:
