How to force a player into controllinator, but not the usual way...

Well, I'm working on a level, in which you play as a non sackboy/ sacbot character (an object/ vehichle or whatever I might say) and you start at a title screen menu where you are already in a controlinator to control the menu. But I need to make it so when you press play you get ejected from the menu controllinator and forced into the vehicle one. But there isn't any inputs to controllinator exept eject player. Help asap would be preffered. 1 - Just move the controlinator from the menu to the vehicle. To do this place 3 controlinators one as the main and the other two controlled by it, one the menu one and the other the vehicle one, along with a follower on the main and two different tags on the other two, then have the vehicle stuff inactive while the menu one is active, once you turn on the vehicle's tag make it so it turns off the menu tag and controlinator. 2 - Turn off the controlinator of the menu and turn on the controlinator of the vehicle accordingly to how you need. Silverleon's method would work well with a selector to help you switch between the two functions. It would probably be more reliable if you kept the sackboy in the same controlinator the whole time. | 2011-07-01 09:02:00 Author: sp0ngyraver Posts: 407 |
